When you choose to work with us, you will be getting a team that is fully dedicated to completing your project. We will provide Design services and a fully detailed budget. This includes a full breakdown of materials and labor and design drawings including presentation of materials and 3D renderings.

Once you have selected your project items, materials, etc. a more in-depth state-approved commercial contract will be created, signed, and secured via deposit for the selected construction scope. The client will then receive a tentative/rough project schedule.

We will obtain permits, architectural drawings and any required inspections before the project begins. We also have experience helping our customers acquire small business loans, bank loans, etc.

Once the project begins we work with the client to setup a communication system that best suits the project and their preferences, and update clients regularly on progress and weekly events.

Final walk through will be scheduled to ensure customer satisfaction with final project and product.
