Michael — Owner
Michael Koludrovich is a midwestern family man with a master’s in Mechanical Engineering. He entered the consulting scene creating engineering drawings for all types of projects, from small retail to 20 story high-rise buildings, hospitals, schools and more.
Megan — Marketing Manager
Megan, our marketing manager is a very outgoing person & will stop & say hi to anyone when she gets the chance. She has a very immense love for animals, especially her cat, Abu. In her free-time she would choose to sit outside & draw all day or meet any animal that may cross her path.
Brent — Design Engineer
Brent is currently living nomadically out of his tiny home that he built from the ground up with his wife & cat. They enjoy skiing in the winter & backpacking in the summer. He has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & four years of commercial HVAC & Plumbing design experience.

FAQs
What is your typical project size?
Our project sizes vary, but we do anything from a full bathroom remodel to a new custom build home.
What is the standard Project Timeline?
If multiple skilled trades are required (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) a typical average project size basement, kitchen remodel etc. takes about 3 months to be substantially complete. Timeline can vary depending on project scope and client selections of products and services. All timeline adjustments will be discussed and communicated with you at the time.
How soon can you start?
At this time it typically takes 2-3 months for all materials to come in to begin a project. We don’t start until all materials are in stock to avoid unnecessary delays. Summer months can have an even longer delay due to high service demand and our standard of providing an excellent product.
What deposit amount is required when signing with Koludro Construct?
Due to COVID and industry delays, we ask that the cost of materials to be paid in full when ordering. Since materials are taking on average 2-3 months to arrive, this allows us to order necessary items right away and avoid delays. Depending on project size and to solidify subcontractor schedules 50-75% of labor cost is due at sign-on.
Do you have experience working with small business loans, personal loans, etc.?
Yes! We have worked with loans of all shapes and sizes including commercial, personal, and remodeling loans.
Why should I hire you?
Our unique budget structure allows owners the capability to create the project experience that they desire. For example, they may choose to participate in selecting labor roles such as painting, laying floor, trash removal, etc. to save costs on the project. Or if they want a hands-off approach, we handle all of the ins and outs of the project from start to finish. Through a thorough initial design and game plan, we ensure the design is carried out through construction and all elements are brought together seamlessly with aesthetic and function in mind.
